甲醇-柴油微乳化液配方研制

摘    要:以某有机酸与碱液反应作为主表面活性剂,副表面活性剂、中长碳链醇作助剂,制备了甲醇—柴油微乳化液,并对其临界分层温度的各种影响因素进行了系统的研究。结果表明,碱液、副表面活性剂、醇对临界分层温度有显著影响,正丁醇是各种助剂中最好的。复配表面活性剂优于单一表面活性剂,能发生协同作用,达到最佳效果。从理论上分析了碱液和醇类在微乳液形成中的作用机理,主表面活性剂与副表面活性剂的复配机理。

Abstract:The formation of diesel oil-methanol micro emulsion with the cationic surfactant organic acid and lye,with cosolvent and alcoholic cosurfactant was examined.The various factors that influenced the critical delamination temperature were studied.The experimental result showd that the quantity of lye,the cosurfactant and the alcoholic cosolvent chain length had a substantial effect on the critical delamination temperature.Among theses alcohols,butanol had the best effect.The mixed surfactant was superior to the single surfactant and there existed an optimum proportion.The amount of surfactant added could be decreased considerable by mixing the cationic surfactant and cosurfactant together in a certain range of proportion.The action of lye and alcohol in the formation of the micro emulsion was explained theoretically.The mechanism of interaction between the cationic surfactant and cosurfactant was depicted in detail.
