摘    要:针对出口不锈钢食具重金属检测的要求,我们提出使用火焰原子吸收的方法,比传统的测试方法石墨炉原子吸收法,方便、快捷。同时比较了两种方法的样品测试值,证实火焰原子吸收光谱法测试不锈钢食具中的铅、铬、镍切实可行。

Abstract:Request that the exit stainless steel food container heavy metals examination, we put forward the method that flame atomic absorption spectrometer, comparing the traditional test method that furnace atomic absorption spectrometer , is convenient, fast. Compared the sample test result of two kinds of methods, It proves the method that flame atomic absorption spectrometer determinates Pb, Cr, Ni in stainless steel food container is feasible.
