摘    要:使用光栅看谱镜和棱镜看谱镜研究了铁基合金中Ni元素看谱分析用可见光谱,计算机模拟了Fe和Ni元素的可见光谱图,摄制了数字化彩色图谱。研究了铁基合金中Ni元素的N1471.44nm、Ni485.54nm和Ni503.54nm等分析谱线组的特征,给出了分析用谱图和半定量分析用强度标志。研究了铁基合金中Ni元素的看谱分析方法。结果可用于铁基合金和其他合金中Ni元素的定性分析、半定量分析和牌号鉴别,满足生产现场材料牌号鉴别的需要。

Abstract:Characteristic of visible light spectrum was studied on nickel in ferroalloy with grating spectroscope and prism spectroscope. The digital spectrums were simulated by computer and digital spectrums were shot with digital analysis system. The researches were made on character of Ni471.44nm,Ni485.54nm and Ni503. 54nm line groups in ferroalloy. The analysis chart and intensity mark were obtained. The method was developed for spectroscopic analysis of nickel in ferroalloy and the Investigation was made on the distinction of alloy mark. The research results can meet the requirements for qualitative analysis and semi - quantitative analysis on nickel in ferroalloy, can be used to exactly examine alloy and avoid the commixing of material on spot,
