| 摘 要： | 首先分析本专业开展新生专业引导教育的必要性,在此基础上提出开展新生专业引导教育的指导思想;重点介绍了开展新生专业引导教育的具体措施,特别是开展多种形式的新生课外创新实践活动的经验与体会。实践表明,相对集中的入学教育与贯穿于整个"大一"阶段的经常性课内、课外专业引导教育,激发了新生学习兴趣,培养了创新实践能力,有利于提高人才培养质量。
