| 摘 要： | 从人才需求的角度来看,企业对应届毕业生的工作经验有较高的期望,但这个期望是大多数毕业生难以达到的。选择合适的专业实习模式,将有助于计算机专业毕业生快速积累工作经验,在短期内提高为企业创造价值的能力,从而提高就业竞争力和就业质量。本文对面向本科就业市场的计算机专业实习模式进行了深入探讨。

| Abstract: | Perspective on the talent needs,enterprises have high expectations on graduates being affluent in work experience,but the expectation is difficult for most of the graduates to achieve.By selecting the appropriate model of specialty practice,graduates will contribute to the rapid accumulation of computer experience,to grasp ability to create value for the enterprise in the short term,thereby improving the quality and competitiveness of employment.Computer specialty practice model is discussed deeply. |
