高职计算机类课程教学中的教学团队合作模式

摘    要:针对高职院校师资水平参差不齐的问题,提出教学团队合作课程教学方法。大班授课、小班辅导;项目导入、案例驱动;注重作业、注重实训、过程评估、段段结清;采用规范管理、完备资料等具体措施,使教学取得实质性效果。提出构建专兼结合、内外互动教师团队、挖掘学生主动学习潜能等改进措施。实践证明,团队合作模式能有效解决课程质量、师资培养等问题,具有推广价值。
