| Abstract: | To promote sustainable development of China's service outsourcing industry,and after analysis of the current IT service outsourcing talent training problems,this paper investigates a series of reforms.Combination of social needs,we propose to apply the Talent-based curriculum reform,school-enterprise cooperation,international exchange and so on.It provides a reference for the high quality of IT service outsourcing talent training. |
