| 摘 要： | 文章首先对普通本科院校软件人才培养的现状进行分析,然后提出面向行业开展课程体系与课程内容的改革与创新,加强实践体系的构建与完善,加强工程型师资队伍建设,以此提高学生的软件工程实践能力,提升普通本科院校软件人才的就业竞争力,迎合软件市场对软件人才的需求。
