| 摘 要： | 文章介绍云南大学软件学院建立以CDIO为指导思想的软件人才培养模式,以国际化、高层次、实用型、复合型人才培养为目标,以工程项目的构思、设计、实现和实施为导向,以课程、课程群、实践环节、毕业设计、学生课外科技活动、教学改革活动、教学管理活动为单位,将CDIO人才培养理念贯穿教学各个环节,为将本团队建设成为在CDIO教学改革方面具有国际影响的教学团队所做的努力和经验总结。
