提高计算机学科应用型人才培养质量的思考

摘    要:分析现阶段一般应用型本科院校计算机专业学生在学习方法上存在的问题以及影响人才培养质量的因素。从教学理念、教学方法、实践环节等方面就如何提高计算机学科人才培养质量进行了思考,提出"授人以渔"的教学理念,将学习方法的讲授寓于课堂教学之中;将自顶向下教学法与激励教学、兴趣教学法相结合,激发学生的学习兴趣与热情;采用细粒度、多入口、梯度式实践教学方案,以提高学生的成就感和兴趣度,减少实验报告抄袭现象。

Abstract:The paper analyses existing problems on the study methods of current computer science undergraduate students as well as the factors influencing the quality of practical talents training.Based on the consideration on aspects including teaching philosophy,teaching methods,practice and so on,the author comes up with the teaching philosophy "teaching people how to fish"—embedding the teaching of learning methods in the lessons;the top-down teaching method,combined with encouraging and interesting in teaching procedure,which could stimulate the passion of students to study;and the application of fine-grained,multi-entry,gradient practice teaching programs arouses the sense of achievement and interest of students,which undoubtedly leads to the decline of plagiarism of lab reports.
