| 摘 要： | 软件外包业务是软件行业发展的新增长点,目前迫切需要软件外包人才。本文提出软件人才培养的Java语言程序设计教学改革方案,以软件外包工作过程为导向,开发软件外包人才的课程培养方案,然后以软件外包项目驱动课程整体设计和单元设计,通过团队协作方式完成项目实践任务,最终完成软件外包人才的培养过程,取得良好成果。
