| 摘 要： | 根据地方高校的办学理念、定位和特色,简要分析区域经济、社会发展对计算机人才的需求,探讨地方院校计算机专业培养目标的定位,提出一种面向就业的地方高校计算机专业"四维"人才培养模式,阐述构建原则、内容及特点,最后对教学实施及实施效果等作了一些讨论。
