合成类固醇激素的检测技术研究进展与思考

摘    要:综述了近年来国际与国内对合成类固醇激素(anabolic androgenic steroid,AAS)检测技术的研究进展,分析了目前应用的检测技术中可能存在的疑问与不足。在了解了合成类固醇激素在体内作用的基本特点的基础上,建议尝试应用目前所具备的蛋白质组的技术手段来进行合成类固醇激素的体内检测,初步确认了利用该项技术手段发觉分子标记物的可行性,可以作为目前化学分析手段的有益补充。

Abstract:The detection techniques progress of the anabolic androgenic steroid(AAS) was focused on and some shortness about the analysis-chemistry technique was found using now.Therefore,based on the characteristics and basic of AAS in vivo,it suggested that detection of AAS in vivo could be applied proteomic technique.So proteomic techniques could be used to investigate some molecular biomarker which altered intensively in this process.
