摘    要:应用基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱法(MALD I-TOF-MS)成功地对核糖核酸酶相对分子量进行测定。探讨三种不同基质对其分析结果的影响,实验中发现α-氰基-4-羟基肉桂酸是适宜的基质,该方法是传统生物方法无法比拟的。

Abstract:Relative molecular weight of ribonuclease was successfully determined by matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF-MS) technique.The effect of three kinds of matrix on the analytical result was investigated.The α-cyano-4-hydroxycinnamic acid was found to be the suitable matrix and this technique was far better than conventional biological method.
