摘    要: 采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜研究了3种新型高硅铁素体/马氏体钢的显微组织;同时研究了其力学性能。研究结果表明:钢中添加硅元素会形成大量的δ铁素体,而将钢中碳质量分数提高到0.25%时,可以抑制δ铁素体的形成。δ铁素体会降低钢的强度,但并不降低钢的韧性。沿轧制方向分布的长条状δ铁素体割裂了基体的连续性,使钢的冲击试样断口呈现分层特征。

Abstract:The microstructures of novel high silicon ferritic/martensitic steels were studied by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope, also the mechanical properties were investigated. It is found that the addition of silicon in the steel can increase the fraction of the delta-ferrite. However, the delta-ferrite will be eliminated by increasing the carbon content to 0.25%. Delta-ferrite will reduce the strength but not decrease the toughness. Meanwhile, the matrix continuity is interrupted by the stripe-like delta-ferrite distributed along the rolling direction, which makes the fractographies of impact specimens show lamination characteristic.
