| 摘 要： | 介绍商业建筑中的建筑设备自动化系统（ＢＡＳ），先简单列出ＢＡＳ可能包括的各个子系统应具有的功能，接着讨论了为实现这些功能所要求的系统配置，其中包括通讯网络、综合布线以及中央管理机，最后着重讨论了ＢＡＳ的各种管理功能及实现方法。

| Abstract: | Describes the building automation system (BAS) in large commercial buildings. Lists the possible sub systems in BAS and their functions, discusses the requirements for hardware and software for these functions including the communication network, the PDS (premises distribution system) technology and the centre computer stations and studies the management facilities of BAS and the relative software techniques in detail. |
