聚丙烯腈纤维混凝土抗冻融耐久性的研究

摘    要:从宏观和微观两个方面研究了在冻融环境下 (温度变化范围 :-17 5~ 7 5℃ ) ,低掺量 (体积掺量≤ 0 2 % )聚丙烯腈有机纤维对混凝土耐久性的影响。试验结果表明 ,聚丙烯腈纤维与混凝土界面结合良好 ;在冻融循环变化环境下 ,起到了抵抗疲劳破坏的网络协调作用 ,在合理掺量下能显著提高混凝土抗冻融耐久性。

Abstract:In the present paper,the effects of polyacrylonitrile fibers with low additions(volume fraction less than 0\^2%) on durability of concrete under freezing\|thawing cycle condition(temperature ranges from -17\^5~7\^5℃) were studied from macroscopical and microcosmic aspects.Test results indicated that the polyacrylonitrile fibers were of firm interface combined with concrete.The fibers have meshwork adjective function of resisting fatigue destruction.By adding suitable volume fraction of fibers,the durability of freezing\|thawing resistance of concrete will be improved remarkably.
