基于颜色的二维Otsu运动检测算法

摘    要:运动检测是视频监控关键部分之一。光照和阴影等因素影响着运动目标检测方法的效果。利用二维最大阈值方差法来进行运动目标检测。传统的阈值方差法不能有效地处理光照和阴影,引入颜色信息来辅助完成运动目标检测。实验表明,该方法在光照的变化的环境下能够很好检测到运动目标。

Abstract:Moving detection is the key part of video surveillance.Illumination and shadow are the factors to affect the performance of moving detection.Uses the 2D Otsu algorithm to detect the moving objects.The traditional Otsu algorithm can not process illumination and shadow effectively,and uses the color information to help Otsu algorithm to get better performance.The result of experiment shows that the algorithm can successful detect moving objects in light-changed environment.
