纳米添加剂在冰箱冷柜上节能研究

摘    要:以纳米Cu,纳米CuO作添加剂,制备了纳米制冷剂和纳米冷冻油,并将所制备的纳米制冷剂和纳米冷冻油用到实际冰箱和冷柜上,对使用纳米制冷剂、纳米冷冻油的冰箱冷柜进行了性能试验。试验结果表明,在试验的直冷冰箱上有2%左右的节能效果,在试验的风冷冰箱上没有看到一致的节能效果,从两个型号冷柜的试验结果看,试验冷柜有3.5%-13.2%的节能效果。

Abstract:Nano refrigerant and nano refrigeration oil were prepared using nano Cu and nano CuO as additive, then were used in real refrigerator and freezer. Performance test was conducted for refrigerator and freezer. The test results indicate that there is about 2% of energy conservation in direct cool refrigerator, there is 3.5%-13.2% of energy conservation in freezers tested.
