摘    要:分析了鞍钢1580热轧产线高速钢工作辊氧化膜形成及脱落原因,阐述了使用高速钢工作辊时存在的问题。提出通过改进冷却系统,优化热轧润滑工艺、温度制度、辊型等解决轧辊氧化膜脱落的具体措施,实施后取得了预期效果。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the cause leading to oxide films forming and peeling-off on the surface of work rolls for rolling high speed steels in 1580 mm hot rolled production line of Angang and then discusses some troubles during operation of work rolls. Based on that corresponding concrete measures for shooting the trouble of the oxide films peeling-off from the rolls such as improving the cooling system, optimizing the lubricating process for hot rolling and temperature schedule and roll pass are proposed and thus expected effects are achieved after these measures are taken.
