摘    要:介绍一种可控制动托辊的结构特点及工作原理,结合工程应用实例,利用Ansys软件对其受力和变形较大的托辊管体进行有限元分析,得出最危险工况下托辊管体应力变形的von Mises图,证明产品设计满足要求,也为产品的结构和优化设计打下基础。

Abstract:This paper introduces the structure characteristics and operation of a controllable braking idler. Combined with engineering application examples, it makes finite element analysis on the idler tube with larger force and deformation by means of Ansys software and concludes the idler tube stress deformation van Mises figure under the most dangerous condition, which proves that the design of the roller meets the requirements and lays the foundation for the product structure optimization design.
