摘    要:介绍了NID半干法烟气脱硫工艺及化学原理,并结合现场介绍了武钢三烧360m~2烧结机采用的NID半干法烟气脱硫系统的项目情况和主要设备的运行情况。对该脱硫系统2年以来的运行情况进行总结,对脱硫效率和脱硫同步率进行了评价。

Abstract:The NID Semidry desulphurization process for sintering fume and the chemical principle on this process are introduced. And also the operations of the key equipment installed on the sintering machine with the capability of 360 m2 in No.3 sintering plant in WISCO when the NID desulphurization system is put into operation with regard to the actual conditions on the site. Finally, the operations of the desulphurization system over past two years are summarized and then both desulphurization efficiency and synchronous rate of desulphurization are evaluated.
