磁性高分子微球Fe3O4/PMMA的制备与表征

摘    要:以油酸作为表面活性剂,采用化学共沉淀法制备了具有良好晶型、分散性好的纳米四氧化三铁。以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)作为反应单体,DVB为交联剂,使用水溶性引发剂KPS,采用单体聚合法制备磁性高分子微球Fe30dPMMA,该磁性高分子微球具有明显的核壳结构,粒子尺寸约为500nm。

Preparation and characterization of magnetic polymer microsphere Fe3O4/PMMA

Abstract:The magnetic nanoparticles with perfect crystal and good dispersion were synthesized by the chemical coprecipitation method in the presence of oleic acid (OA) as the surfactant. The magmetic polymer microspheres Fe3O4/PMMA were prepared by monomer polymerizatioon hy using methyl methacrylate as the monomer(MMA), DVB as the cross-linking agent and KPS as the initiator with the existence of the magnetic fluid. The magnetic polymer microspheres had the obvious core-shell structured and the size of the microspheres was about 500 nm.
