Briefly on OLT and ONU function check in FTTH engineering and content and method of stand-alone testing

The equipment function check and the accurate test of the main parameter index are the important links to ensure the engineering quality, especially to the construction of FTI＇H engineering. The normal functions of OLT and ONU and the function check of power supply and alarm are the basic conditions to ensure that the equipment can work normally after connecting into the network, while the transmitting optical power of the optical interface and the optical receiver sensitivity of the receiving interface are important parameters to ensure the transmission quality. So the test is more important and professional. This paper has discussed the above problems briefly and has given the test index of the related parameters combining with the engineering experience.
