| 摘 要： | 首先简要介绍了3G的概念及其对通信行业的影响,讨论了3G背景下通信行业的人才结构。通过对我国当前通信行业人才需要现状的分析,指出了人才结构、培养模式、发展前景和管理策略等环节中存在的突出问题,结合我国通信行业发展规划,参考和借鉴了其它行业的成功经验和国外通信行业的优势方案,提出了一些有利于改善当前现状的人才发展策略,给出了具体的解决对策和措施。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the concept of 3G and its influence on the communications industry, and discusses the talents structure of the communications industry under the background of 3G. Through analyzing the current situation of the talents demand, this paper points out the existing problems in talent structure, training mode, development prospects and management strategy. Combining with the development planning of the communication industry in our country and using the successful experience of other industries and the good schemes for reference, the paper puts forward some talent development strategies to improve the current situation and gives the specific solutions and measures. |
