摘    要:湿法脱硫燃煤机组的烟囱往往存有腐蚀问题,烟气酸露点是影响烟囱腐蚀的主要因素。对烟气腐蚀性指数等影响因素进行了分析,并比较了国内外几种防腐材料的性能。经研究,杂化聚合材料有较强的耐强化学腐蚀的性能,并能耐高热冲击,适用于采用湿法脱硫火电厂的烟囱防腐工程,

Abstract:There are corrosion problems on the chimney for coal-fired power units with wet desulphurization technology. The dew point with flue gas acid is the key factor in affecting chimney corrosion. The factors of flue gas corrosion index have been analyzed and some GDAIK3 hybrid polymer materials have been compared both at home and abroad. It can be seen that GDAPC hybrid polymerization material has the performance of anti-corrosion and high heat resistance, which is suitable for chimney anticorrosion engineering in the power plants with wet FGD.
