摘    要:用铜锌合金处理碳酸钙饱和水溶液,通过SEM(扫描电镜)、XRD(X-射线衍射)、FTIR(红外光谱)及表面张力测试,分别观察碳酸钙晶体形貌、分析物相组成、红外吸收图谱及合金处理前后溶液的表面张力变化,研究金属阳离子及原电池作用对换热面水垢晶体结构的影响.结果表明:经合金处理后的碳酸钙水垢晶体的长径比增大,长度超过10μm,呈文石结构.

Abstract:The saturated solutions of calcite were treated by the copper-zinc alloy in this paper. The microstrucuture, phase composition and infrared absorption spectra of the scale were examined by scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and fourier transform infrared spectrum (FTIR), respectively. Besides, the surface tension of the saturated solutions was tested, before and after treated with the alloy.
