摘 要: | 本文介绍了PLC和变频器在汽车传动轴防尘罩高低温控制系统中的成功应用,介绍了系统控制方案和软硬件结构的设计思想。提出了一种易于在PLC中实现的适用于被控对象为二阶惯性环节温度预测控制系统,实际运行表明该算法优于常规的PID算法。本系统功能强,性能好,精度高。

Abstract: | This article introduces the successful application ofPLC and Frequency converter in the high- low temperature con-trol system of dust cover of transmission shaft of the automobile,And it introduce the system design philosophy and Structure ofthe software and hardware, Especially it introduce the tempera-ture predicts that is suitable for being accused of the target forpure two steps of inertia link that lag behind. This algorithm issuperior to routine PID algorithm. The systematic function isstrong , of good performance, the precision is relatively high. |
