| 摘 要： | 污染粮油食品的真菌毒素主要有黄曲霉毒素、T-2毒素、玉米赤霉烯酮、脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇和伏马菌素B1。胶体金免疫层析技术是20世纪90年代初建立的一种简易、快速的免疫学检测技术,现已广泛应用于残留检测、生物医学等许多领域。本文介绍了污染粮油食品的主要真菌毒素及胶体金免疫层析技术在粮油食品真菌毒素快速检测中的应用,并对其发展前景进行了展望。

| Abstract: | Aflatoxins,ochratoxin A,T-2 toxin,zearalenone,deoxynivalenol,fumonisin B1 are the major mycotoxins that contaminate the cereal and oil foods.Colloidal gold immunochromatography assay is a simple and fast immunological detection technology established in the early 1990s and is now widely applied in many fields such as residue detection,biomedicine and so on.In this article,the major mycotoxins contaminating cereal and oil foods and the application of colloidal gold immunochromatography assay in the detection of mycotoxins are reviewed.The further development of the immunochromatography assay is prospected as well. |
