摘    要:将纸板称重法、打孔称重法和数码图像处理法测定的油菜叶面积与叶面积仪测定结果进行比较,结果表明:(1)采用数码图像处理法能快速、准确地测定油菜叶面积,测定时参照物的面积以80~100 cm2为宜;(2)数码图像处理法直接测定植株上的叶片时,测定的结果乘以校正系数1.05即为该叶片的实际面积;(3)纸板称重法测定的结果比实际值偏低,而打孔称重法的测定结果比实际值偏高,两者分别乘以校正系数1.08和0.78即为叶片的实际面积。

Abstract:Three methods of rapeseed leaf area measure were compared,which includes copy method,disc method and digital image method.The results showed that when leaf area was between 80cm2 to 100cm2,it could be measured accurately and quickly by digital image method.The coefficient was 1.05 when digitally measuring the in vivo leaf.The measured area tended to be lower than actual value when using copy method,and the coefficients were 1.08 and 0.78,respectively.
