| Abstract: | This article reviewed the species,oil content and constitution of fatty acid and main purposes of oleaginous microalgae.The research development of metabolic regulation and genetic improvement of oleaginous microalgae were presented.The current problems for large-scale culture and the key points for future development were also outlined. |
