摘 要: | 采用抑锌浮金银工艺,通过一次粗选、一次扫选、一次精选的浮选流程分离回收金银。获得含金20.96 g/t、银1 807.38 g/t、回收率金90.35%、银93.79%的金银精矿和含锌53.97%、锌回收率98.97%的锌精矿。试验结果表明,锌精矿通过浮选分离回收金银,锌精矿品位提高10%以上。实现金银综合回收的同时,锌精矿的品质得到较大提高。

Abstract: | Through roughing once, scavenging once and selecting once of flotation processes, the gold and silver is recovered with inhibiting zinc floating gold-silver technology. The experimental research indicates that gold-silver concentrate is20.96g/t in gold grade, 1807.38g/t in silver grade, 90.35% in gold recovery, 93.79% in silver recovery, zinc concentrate is 53.97% in zinc grade, 98.97% in zinc recovery. Results show that the grade of zinc-concentrate gained from flotation test can be raised 10% respectively. The separation technology achieves comprehensive recovery of valuable elements such as gold and silver, meanwhile zinc-concentrate quality is improved greatly. |
