电气设备红外测温运动路径寻优控制的研究

摘    要:为了优化电气设备红外测温系统的运动路径,缩减巡检时间,分析了红外测温系统的运动过程,并采用遗传算法对其进行控制,通过对样本进行仿真测试可知,按编号进行巡检所用的脉冲数是路径优化后脉冲数的3倍多,可见优化后的路径大大缩短了系统的巡检时间.

Abstract:Based on the analysis of infrared thermometer temperature measurement principle and existing electrical equipment work on the principle of infrared temperature measurement, a set of infrared multi-point temperature measurement system was developed, A mechanical structure of cradle head installed by two stepping motors was built in order to move, realize the rapid scanning of space multi point. In order to speed up the system speed, improve work efficiency, process control operation carried out and proposed route optimization method. Based on multiple devices under test, USES the genetic algorithm, the algorithm is divided into two kinds of model simulation analysis, realized the optimization of path. In this paper, through simulation test of the test sample, the number and pulse number is used in the inspection path optimization after pulse number more than 3 times, the path of the optimized greatly shorten the system inspection time.
