王集Ph_1层胶磷矿正反浮选工艺优化的工业试验研究

摘    要:针对王集Ph1层胶磷矿正反浮选工艺磷精矿回收率低的问题,开展了取消再选的正反浮选工艺流程工业化试验研究。结果表明,优化后的工艺流程缩短,药剂单耗降低,同时,精矿磷回收率由77.97%提高至79.51%。

Abstract:According to the low phosphorus recovery problem of flotation concentrate in direct-reverse flotation process of Wangji Collophanite(Ph1), the industrial experiment study on canceling reconcentration of direct-reverse flotation process was done. Results show that the process was shortened and the reagent unit consumption was reduced after optimization, meanwhile, the rate of phosphorus recovery was raised from 77.97% to 79.51%.
