摘 要: | 分析了目前实现电动轮驱动汽车电子差速控制的方法,对汽车差速问题的产生原因进行了分析,并指出通过对驱动电机采用转速控制模式实现电子差速控制的不足。通过分析电动轮驱动系统的受力提出对驱动电机按转矩模式控制从而实现汽车自适应差速性能的策略,利用所开发的电动轮驱动汽车仿真软件对采用该控制策略控制电机转矩的电动轮汽车的差速性能进行了多工况的仿真,结果表明汽车可在各种工况下实现自适应差速。

Abstract: | The present control strategy of the electronic differential for the electric vehicle(EV) with motorized wheels(MWs) was investigated and the deficiency of the electronic differential control by controlling the driving motor speed was revealed.By analyzing the forces on the MW system a self- adaptive differential control strategy by controlling the driving motor torque was suggested.The differential performance of the EV with MWs when the driving motor was controlled by torque mode was simulated under typical conditions by self-developed simulation software of the EV with MWs. The simulation results show that it is possible to realize the self-adaptive differential performance by controlling the driving motor torque under all typical conditions. |
