摘    要:在研究定量风险评估的基础上,编制了定量风险分析软件RANSYS系统。该系统考虑了腐蚀减薄、应力腐蚀开裂、外部腐蚀、高温氢损伤、脆性断裂等多种失效模式和可燃后果、人员伤亡以及营业中断等多种后果类型。该系统对现有标准和分析软件进行了补充,可以快速、方便地实现石化装置的定量风险评估。

Abstract:Based on the study of quantitative risk evaluation,the software of quantitative risk system,denoted as RANSYS,is developed.In RANSYS system the likelihood of failure from thinning,SCC,external damage,HTHA and brittle fracture are considered,and the consequence of failure from flammable,potential fatality,business interruption is also calculated.It is concluded that the RANSYS system can be used in the risk analysis for petrochemical equipment systems rapidly and conveniently.
