摘    要:高加系统的稳定投入对电厂节能降耗和提高发电效率起着重要作用,高加水位过高时可能导致汽水进入汽轮机,危害汽轮机的安全运行。高加危急疏水门是在高加水位过高时迅速排出过多的凝结水,保证高加设备的安全,但在水位不高的情况下,危急疏水门误开会造成能源浪费。通过实例对国产330 MW机组高加危急疏水门误开原因进行分析,并提出改进措施,达到了一定的预期效果。

Abstract:Stable operation of high-pressure heater is important to energy saving and consumption reduction. When twater level is too high,it may lead steam into the turbine,seriously endangers the safe operation of the turbine. High-pressure heater at high water level,critical hydrophobic watergate quickly discharged condensate to ensure safety of the equipment. But if the water level is not high,critical hydrophobic watergate mistakenly opened,causing a waste of energy. Through examples of domestic 330 MW unit,reasons for that is analysed,the improvement measures is proposed,and has achieved a certain desired effect.
