摘    要:为了提高编制产品工艺的效率,减少重复工作,采用了基于成组技术的方法来划分零件组,并根据零件组的特征相似性进行工艺编制.在划分零件组的时候,首先研究了一种改进的JLBM-1机床编码系统,并对零件进行编码;然后介绍了一种基于零件特征的"码位加权相似性"法,并计算零件相似性系数,根据相似性权重标准划分零件组;最后,以机床立柱产品的实际应用验证了该方法的可行性和实用性.

Abstract:To improve productivity and decrease reptitive work while making product process, we use group technology to divide parts group and make it depend on the characteristic similarity. During dividing the parts group we gave each part a JLBM-1 code at first, and then introduced a method named weighting code similarity to calculate the similarity from the part to each other. Finally, a parts group was made by the similarity. To include, we used a real product to verify the feasibility and practicability of this method.
