| 摘 要： | 从禽蛋副产物高值化利用的角度出发,介绍了蛋壳膜中的美容活性物质透明质酸、胶原蛋白、硫酸软骨素、角蛋白的基本性质、提取方法及在美容方面的应用,以期为禽蛋加工中产生的大量副产物-蛋壳膜的高值化开发和利用提供一定的依据。

| Abstract: | The basic property,extraction method and the cosmetology application about hyaluronic acid,collagen,chondroitin sulfate,keratin in the eggshell membrane were introduced.These may provide useful references for deeper exploitation and utilization of eggshell membrane. |
