摘    要:经湿法微波消解制样,利用全谱直读电感耦合等离子发射光谱法(ICP-OES)对大红袍花椒中的矿质元素进行全面详细的分析测定。测定结果表明,花椒中含有K、Ca、P、Mg、S、Al、Fe、Sr、Na、Mn、B、Zn、Ba、Cu、Ti、Cr等16种矿质元素,常量矿质元素中钾和钙的含量较高,微量元素中,铝、铁、锶、锰、硼含量丰富。分析方法回收率在90.1%~109.1%之间,测定结果相对标准偏差在0.55%~8.95%之间。该方法简单、快速、可靠、灵敏度高,且多元素可同时测定,能满足实际样品分析要求。分析结果可为花椒的相关研究提供参考。

Abstract:By wet digestion procedure to preparing samples,the mineral elements in Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.were completely determined by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer(ICP-OES).The results showed there were 16 mineral elements in Rhodiola kirilowii.They were K,Ca,P,Mg,S,Al,Fe,Sr,Na,Mn,B,Zn,Ba,Cu,Ti and Cr.Among them,K and Ca were richer in macroelements,while Al,Fe,Sr,Mn and B were richer in microelements.The recovery rate of this method was between 90.1% and 109.1%,The RSD of the determining result was between 0.55% and 8.95%.The method was simple,rapid and credible.Its sensibility was also high.The method could be used to analyze multi-elements in the same time so that fulfill the analysis of actual samples.These results provided some reference in relative research of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.
