超声波法提取新疆石榴皮皂苷的工艺研究

摘    要:采用超声辅助溶剂法提取石榴皮总皂苷。以石榴皮总皂苷含量为考察指标,研究了超声时间、超声频率、超声功率及料液比这四个因素对总皂苷含量的影响。选用L9(34)正交表进行正交实验,确定石榴皮总皂苷超声提取的最佳工艺条件为:超声功率400W,超声时间60min,料液比1:60,超声波工作:间歇时间8:6。在最优因素水平组合条件下,齐墩果酸提取率为1.738mg/g。

Study on ultrasoni technology of total saponins from Xinjiang pomegranate peel

Abstract:The ultrasonic-assisted method was applied to extract of total saponim from pomegranate peel.Regarding the factors such as the treating time,ultrasound frequency,ultrasonic power and solid to liquid ratio as affecting the content of total saponins were studied.The L9(34)orthogonal array was adopted to the experiment.According to results of orthogonal experimental design,the optimum extracting conditions of total saponins in pomegranate peel were as follows:ultrasonic power 400W,extraction time 40min,ultrasonic frequency solid to liquid ratio was 1:60 and the treatment to intermission ratio was 8:6.Under these conditions,the yield of oleanolic acid was 1.738mg/g.
