摘    要:主要研究南极磷虾离心脱壳的工艺参数。以网孔大小、处理时间、转速为考察因素,以虾肉得率为相应指标,在对单因素实验的基础上利用响应面法取得最佳工艺条件。结果表明:网孔大小3.0mm,转速8000r/min,处理时间5.5min,离心分离的效果最好,虾肉得率为24.27%。

Abstract:The process parameters of centrifugal shelling of antarctic krill were studied.The extracting technology of glycoprotein was optimized using response surface methodology based on single factor experiments in which mesh size,time and speed was considered.The results showed that:when the mesh size 3.0mm,speed 8000r/min,processing time 5.5min,the centrifugal separation was the best,and shrimp yield was 24.27%.
