脂肪酶催化合成肉豆蔻酸植物甾醇酯

摘    要:考察了在有机介质中不同脂肪酶催化合成肉豆蔻酸植物甾醇酯,选定脂肪酶AYS为催化剂。单因素实验结果表明在正己烷体系中,最优的反应条件为肉豆蔻酸和植物甾醇摩尔比为3∶1,脂肪酶AYS用量为底物总质量的10%,反应温度50℃,反应72h后酯化率可达69.93%。

Abstract:Phytosterol myristate were synthesis from phytosterol and myristic acid by using various lipases as biocatalysts in organic media.The lipase AYS was selected for further experiments.Through the single factor experiment,the results showed that the yield of esterification could reach 69.93% in hexane.The optimal reaction conditions were as follows:molar ratio of myristic acid to phytosterol 3:1,lipase AYS load 10%(on the basis of the substrate mass),reaction temperature 50℃,reaction time 72h.
