摘    要:采用响应面法优化超声波辅助提取苦豆子生物碱的工艺。在单因素实验的基础上,选择液料比、超声功率和提取时间作为实验因素,进行Box-Behnken中心组合实验设计,采用响应面法(RSM)评估了这些因素对生物碱得率的影响。结果表明:超声波法辅助提取苦豆子生物碱的最佳工艺条件为料液比1∶16g/mL,超声功率为300W,提取时间为33min。在最优的条件下,生物碱得率为3.72%。

Abstract:Response surface methodology(RSM)was applied to optimize ultrasonic-assisted extraction process of alkaloids from Sophora alopecuroides.Based on single experiments,ratio of solid to liquid,ultrasonic power and extraction time were selected for Box-Behnken central composite designing.RSM was employed to study the effect of these factors on the yield of alkaloids.The results indicated that the optimal process conditions were ratio of solid to liquid 1∶16g/mL,ultrasonic power 300W,extraction time 33min.Under these optimized conditions,the extraction yield of alkaloids was up to 3.72%.
