东北林蛙皮精制多糖的体外抗氧化活性研究

摘    要:以抗坏血酸(VC)为对照,采用邻苯三酚自氧化法、邻二氮菲-Fe氧化法、DPPH法和总抗氧化能力测定林蛙皮精制多糖的体外抗氧化活性。结果表明:林蛙皮精制多糖对超氧阴离子自由基(O2-.)、羟基自由基(.OH)、DPPH自由基均有不同程度的清除能力,当多糖浓度为0.1mg/mL时,多糖的总抗氧化能力为1.48mmol/g。随着林蛙皮多糖浓度的增加,抗氧化能力均进一步提高,说明林蛙皮精制多糖具有良好的抗氧化活性。

Abstract:Antioxidant activity in vitro of the purified polysaccharide was tested by pyrogallol autoxidation method,phenanthroline-Fe2+ oxidative assay,DPPH radical scavenging assay and the total antioxidant capacity(TOAC) assay,and ascorbic acid as control.The results showed that purified polysaccharide from Rana dybowskii had antioxidant capability to scavenge superoxide anion free radical,hydroxyl free radical,DPPH free radical to some extent.TAOC was 1.48mmol/g while the concentration of polysaccharide was 0.1mg/mL.The antioxidant capacity was increased with the increasing of the concentration of polysaccharide.Therefore,the purified polysaccharide from Rana dybowskii had good antioxidant activity.
