| 摘 要： | 对影响客车面漆涂装质量的主要因素:雾影、鲜映性、光泽和长短波进行了介绍。分别讨论了中涂层的打磨方式、面漆的粘度和处理方式对面漆的长短波的影响,中涂层的质量对漆膜的光泽和鲜映性的影响。指出选择优质的油漆是获得优异的漆膜外观的保证。此外,在涂装过程中,可以通过检测漆膜的鲜映性、光泽度和长短波来控制喷涂质量。

| Abstract: | The influence of primary factors of mist image, distinct image, luster and long, short wavelength on the painting quality of bus surfacecoat were introduced. The influence of polishing ways of midcoat, viscosity and treatment way of surfacecoat on the lacquer film's long and short wavelength, and influence of midcoat's quality on the luster and distinct image of film were studied respectively. It is pointed out that selecting paint of excellent quality helps insure film's outstanding appearance, and besides, painting quality can be controlled by testing the distinct image, luster and long, short wavelength in the course of painting. |
