碱磷渣水泥的力学性能及微观结构

摘    要:研究了以硅酸钠作为激发剂制备的碱磷渣水泥的特点及硅酸钠的模数、掺量和磷渣的比表面积对碱磷渣水泥性能的影响.结果表明:硅酸钠模数为1.2~1.5时碱磷渣水泥的抗压强度最高,并且其抗压强度随着硅酸钠掺量和磷渣比表面积的增加而增大,其后期强度稳定增长.碱磷渣水泥的主要水化产物是水化硅酸钙、方沸石、水化硅铝酸钙.

Abstract:Alkali-activated phosphorous slag cement was prepared with sodium silicate as the activator. The influence of the modulus and dosage of sodium silicate, as well as the specific surface area of phosphorous slag on the mechanical strength of the cement were studied. The results show that the highest compressive strength of the cement is obtained when the modulus is 1.2-1.5, and the compressive strength increases as the dosage of sodium silicate or the specific surface area of phosphorous slag increases. The long term strength of the cement continuously increases with time. The study also shows that calcium silicate hydrate gel, analcite and hydrated calcium alumino-silicate are the major hydration products of the cement.
