本文从容量解决方案和覆盖解决方案两个方面对体育场馆的移动通信系统设计进行了分析，容量方面主要分析话务预测的方法、突发大话务量、话务流动性的解决方案；覆盖方面主要分析适当的小区划分方式以实现切换性能的最优化及场馆内外一体化的覆盖解决方案。

Solution of Mobile Communication System for Venues

This paper discusses the solution of the capacity and coverage. On the aspect of capacity, it focus on the methods of the traffic forecasting and the solution for the large burst traffic and the flowing traffic; on the aspect of coverage, it mainly analyses realization the optimization of handover performance by rational strategy of cell allocation and total solution of the inside and outside of the venues.
