| 摘 要： | 根据“以服务为宗旨，以就业为导向”的高职高专人才培养指导思想，结合水电站饥电设备专业人才需求及办学特点，积极与企业沟通与合作，在企业内共建实训基地，并在基地内开腱“三明治”式专业教学改革与探讨，充分利用企业的设备、技术和人力资源为专业教学服务。

| Abstract: | According to the guideline for talent training at nigher vocanonal and training school,i.e. service being the aim, employment being the guide, combined with the requirements of hydropower plant for mech-electrical professional talents and the characteristics of running a school, the schools shall actively oommunicate a.no cooperate with enterprise, jointly construct practice base within enterprise, conduct sandwich-type professional teaching reform and exploration, make full use of the equipment, technology and human resources of enterprise for professional education. |
