叶栅型气动喷嘴三维流场数值模拟

摘    要:介绍了叶栅型喷嘴的基本结构,对三维可压射流的控制方程和Spalart-Allmaras湍流模型进行了分析,利用有限体积法对可压缩的N-S方程进行离散,对叶栅型喷嘴内的三维流场进行了数值模拟.对喷嘴内气压的变化、气流的速度矢量分布以及马赫数分布情况进行了可视化处理,讨论了喷嘴流道几何结构对流场的影响,以及供气压力的变化对喷嘴流量和出口速度的影响.同时,通过实验测量了喷嘴流量,实验结果与数值模拟的结果一致.对喷嘴三维流场数值模拟为喷嘴的设计和优化提供了理论依据,有效地缩短了设计周期.

Abstract:The basic structure of an air - blast nozzle of cascade type was introduced. The control equation and Spalart - Allmaras turbulence models of 3 - D compressible jet were analyzed. The N - S equations were predicted by the finite volume method, and the unstructured mesh was employed. Then the 3 - D flow of the nozzle was simulated by numerical method. The results of numerical method are matched experimental results very well. The pressure and velocity vectors and mach number are processed by visual method. Therefore the theoretical base is provided for design and optimization.
